Gravel Garden
The Brief
The existing garden was a mish-mash of uninspiring planting, and some scrappy grass. The clients really wanted a low maintenance space, that welcomed visitors to their front door.
Design
The design focussed on selecting a portfolio of plants that catered for the clients taste. A patchwork of long flowering, low maintenance plants was selected, with a top dressing of South Cerney gravel to complement the existing paving.
The finished garden
The clients love the space and have received many compliments. The children love to meander through the space between plants and a new seating area has been commissioned to take full advantage of the ever changing view.
